You don't even need to put the character's name, just "girl/woman" or anything else will give you the Lora character's appearance.
I even tried the Ariana Grande prompt that ZIT has in its dataset, and it became Jennette McCurdy who was already loaded. And if you describe two characters, both become the same Lora character. Maybe it's a result of the lack of tags to summon the Lora character. A quick example below illustrates what I described.

It wont get much better out of the box. Use inpainting/faceswap for better results.
A Lora will always overwrite the models own weights.
