Availability of UniCAS multi-task and region-level weights
Dear UniCAS team,
Thank you for providing the repository and for the great work in your study, filling the gap of a cytology foundation model. I’m exploring UniCAS, and it seems the provided UniCAS.pth checkpoint contains only the encoder weights.
Could you confirm if this is correct?
If so, I would be very interested in whether there are plans to publish the multi-task head (aggregator) weights and the region-level analysis weights, as I’d love to test the pretrained model directly on a local dataset to see how well it generalizes.

Thank you for your interest in our work. We have uploaded the weights of the multi-task aggregator, and the weights for the region-level analysis will be released in the future.
