Companion notebooks for **CarbonOps**. Reproducible experiments:

- **10_fetch_grid_intensity.ipynb** — fetch & normalise grid data
- **20_schedule_heuristics.ipynb** — delay/relocate simple policies
- **30_repo_emissions_report.ipynb** — estimate grams CO₂e per build

## Getting started
- Use with `carbonops` CLI (pre-alpha).
- Python ≥3.9, install: `pip install -e .` from CarbonOps repo.
